I made these golden turkey cookies for thanksgiving day dinner yesterday with Cole's parents, Vicki and Jim. Vicki cooked one heck of a Turkey Day feast. We had a great time. I made these little cookies to put on each person's plate. A little take-home treat since I figured everyone would be quite full anyway. Everyone likes having a little turkey leftover the day after thanksgiving, right? Hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving day / weekend!
